AJHollander Enterprises Inc. is a globally-recognized and trusted expert in rawhide processing.
Our skilled production team and hands-on management produce high-quality raw hides and skins and deliver on the promise to meet each customer's requirements and specifications.
We are meticulous in our methods. Every hide leaving our facility must meet or exceed a rigorous 95% accuracy internal grading control. In addition, every pallet is traceable with a unique bar code that includes product type, weight, and production date.
Our History
1862
AJHOLLANDER IS FOUNDED
Founded in Sweden, AJHollander grew into a hide processor and global trading leader over the next century and a half until the company was dissolved in the 1990s.
1995
Assuming the leadership role, Mr. Ganz has expanded AJHollander operations over the last two decades, establishing processing centers and warehouses across the U.S.
1998
SECOND PLANT IS ESTABLISHED
AJHollander's only plant was in Hastings, NE until 1998 when AJHollander established a second facility in Owen, WI. This plant processed sow skins, and was the beginning of AJHolander's entry into the sow skin market. Today, AJHollander markets over 30% of the sow skins produced in the US.
2013
EXPANDING TO TEXAS
The 15,000 sq ft facility in Amarillo, Texas has the capacity to process 2,500 hides per day.
2016
EXPANDING INTO TENNESSEE
The Morristown, Tennessee location processes approximately 2,000 hides and skins per day including sow skins, cow hides and small packer hides.
2021
GOING BACK TO THE MIDWEST ROOTS
AJHollander announces the opening of our newest hide plant, in Kansas City, after purchasing a facility from Darling Ingredients. The newest facility can process 5,000 hides per day

Proud Members of the Leather and Hide Council of America
The United States Hide Skin and Leather Association and the Leather Industries of America merger in 2020 now represents more than 75 businesses employing over 5,000 people nationwide. Approximately 90% of all cattle hide and wet blue leather products are exported totaling between $1-2 billion per year in revenue.

Our Leadership Team
Howard Ganz
CEO/President
Howard Ganz joined AJHollander in 1992 and reincorporated the US operations in 1995. He has been the driving force for the success of the company for over 25 years.
Brianna Yeje
Human Resources Manager
Brianna Yeje joined AJHollander Enterprises, Inc. as the Corporate Human Resources Manager in October of 2022 where she leads HR functions across all 5 plant locations. Brii earned her Master of Science in Global Affairs with a concentration in Global Economy and Private Sector from New York University in 2020. She has held many Human Resources leadership roles with other New York logistics companies and is excited to bring her skills to the AJHollander Enterprises group.
Benjamin Ganz
COO
Benjamin Ganz joined AJ Hollander Enterprises as Chief Operating Officer in 2010. Since that time, he has been blessed to work with a talented and dedicated group of people that have allowed the company to grow from two plants to five.
Gabriel Sitzer
Logistics Manager
Gabriel Sitzer joined AJHollander in 2021 and today he is the Logistics Manager. Gabriel got a BS in Managerial Accounting, and uses his background in cost accounting to find optimal ways to ship our products worldwide.
David Fuller
VP of Operations
Originally from Colorado, David Fuller is a Marine Corps veteran and has several years of experience operating manufacturing facilities. David has been managing the processing plants for AJHollander since 2014.
Hadar Stein
Documentation Coordinator
Hadar Stein has been a dedicated Documentation Coordinator since joining AJ Hollander Enterprises in 2011. She has tailored her skillsets to encompass the industry and has the knowledge base to service all customer's needs. Her continued tenure aids in making the AJ Hollander logistics department the gold-standard in the hide trading industry.
